Clara was the absolute best to work with. It took me almost close to 2 years to win a home in this market. There were many requests for approval letters and generally they were needed quickly as I often needed to have my bid in within 48 hrs of the house going on the market. It was a crazy time and Clara was there with me every step of the way. She was encouraging when I was ready to give up. Her grit helped me get where I am today...a homeowner!
